Hello, I'm Kallie.
I recently completed my MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am currently working toward registration. I have experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges, including trauma (acute, chronic, and complex), depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.
As I wait for my designation as Clinical Counsellor to be approved, I am currently able to offer my sessions at more affordable rates as they are not able to be covered by extended health benefits during this period.

I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic space that feels genuine, welcoming, safe, and free of judgment. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, relaxed, and conversational atmosphere grounded in compassion. I believe all emotions and experiences are valid parts of your story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, our work together will be tailored to meet you exactly where you are right now.

I believe the heart of meaningful and lasting change lies in the therapeutic relationship- the genuine connection between client and counsellor. My own healing journey has shown me how powerful it can be to work with someone you truly connect with. I value the growth that can come from these honest, supportive conversations, and I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for help.
Because each person brings their own unique life experiences, perspectives, and needs to therapy, I use an integrative approach. This means I draw on various evidence-based methods and my clinical training to create a flexible, holistic treatment plan that’s tailored to you.
